Chose this cruise cos we did carnival sunshine and it Was brill. What a contrast to this appalling bag of rubbish. From waiters in the restauraunt to entertainment staff it was rubbish. Dirty pots left all over, shows garbage. Drinks in the bars always different prices even though you had the same drinks!! Food also not up to scratch. Where do you go to a 4/5 star supposed restaurant and not have table cloths -try the carnival vista - might as well have been in a working men's cafe. Queued up for a ticket for the restaurant only to go and queue outside the restaurant to be seated at the table they gave you upstairs. No organisation whatsoever. Sent a complaint off and they couldn't give a stuff that you didn't enjoy it - end their reply with we look forward to welcoming you back on board. Haha what a joke. Back to P&O we go.
