Front desk personnel were very rude and not helpful at all. I had preordered the drink package and they had no record of it and when I showed them the voucher with the packages they still argued with me saying come back tomorrow. It took 3 trips over 2 days to have our bed changed to 2 single beds. I am definately not a complainer but we were so disappointed. Food was tasteless, Variety was poor, 99% of guests on board did not speak English. The only good things I can say, the room was spacious, the bar and wait staff who served dinner in the dining room were great, also the shows in the theatre were very good. The excursions were also very good, especially the Ziplining and tubing in Belize. Last Christmas we cruised with Holland America and it was wonderful with great food and service. I had ship personnel bump into me as he was avoiding running into someone else and not a word of apology. I would give this cruise a 1 out of a 10.
