Exceptional cruise. Attention to detail from beginning to end. Cultural excursions well thought out and timed so you don't feel exhausted at the end. Food was great; maybe a bit too good ;). Staff was attentive and rooms perfect. Because of the limited number of guest on board everyone had time to dine with each other and get to know one another during our time on board. The ship is comfortable and just the right size for this kind of trip. I would call the style understated elegance.
For us, Cambodia was the highlight as the people are so friendly and approachable. Ankor Wat was awesome and our guide throughout the trip was knowledgeable and very good at imparting information. We also enjoyed the village tours in both Cambodia and Vietnam. Visiting the 'Killing Fields" was difficult but necessary to understand the country.
Vietnam is much more populous with Saigon more like New York on steroids. For me, walking across a street with hundreds of scooters, cars and buses barreling towards you as you hold up your hand and hope you don't get hit while crossing was exciting. I should also mention that scooters drive on the sidewalks so be alert. The ballet in Saigon should not be missed. Very professional, moving and poignant.
Perfect size for this trip and well appointed. Bathrooms were spacious with modern touch. Wall to ceiling glass sliding doors so you can lay in bed and watch the scenery go by.
