We cruised on the Emerald Princess and This was our 2nd cruise. Our 1st one was 30 years earlier with another cruise line We traveled with 2 other couples. One of the couples cruised with Princess many time before. Because of that we were able to board early and smoothly. We got a balcony this time which was amazing. Woke up early to see the sunrise every morning and it was great to just sit out there and relax, although we were constantly on the go with many things to do on and off the ship.

Our ports of call were Princess Cay and Grand Turks. Princess Cay we rented beach chairs and did the paddle boats with our friends. A lot of pedaling and laughing was going on. We also enjoyed the lunch they had set up for us on the island. Our next port was Grand Turks where we did a tour of the island and one of the salt farms. Also stopped to shop and stopped off at a beach bar and ate and hung out in the water before walking back to the ship.

We enjoyed all the entertainment on the ship like dance classes, bingo, nightly shows (one where my husband got hypnotized). That was awesome!!!! We ate consistently on the ship during the day poolside with the pizza and ice cream and burgers/hot dogs. With anytime dining it made it easier to get to the dining room without rushing. We had an awesome waiter staff and they kept us laughing the whole trip. Wish we could have taken them home With us
