There were good things and bad things. The pink color everywhere was shocking the first day and the ship needs to be updated. Embarkation and disembarkation was smooth, no delays. The cabin was a good size and everything in order but again nothing modern. The service on dinning was great, a good variety of food however now they charge for some food on the menu like lobster or fillet mignon. I expected a better buffet and choices. The lines for the Mongolian food were super long. The only choices for drinks were water, ice tea, and lemonade. If you want to eat something after 10 pm BAD NEWS you are stuck with only pizza and cheese burger that was the biggest complains from people I met.
The shows were ok but they need to improve. Carnival expects for the 6 dancers to do everything from singing to dance and be the show. Idea, you need a real music band. The comedy shows were great and this were most of the passenger expend the nights, they were full a not place to sit. There was only two night clubs, the Latin Club only open until midnight that was another big complain.
Again nothing to do after midnight, no DJ's, a couple of nights were movie nights on the 9 floor. I run into a bad experience at breakfast for brunch, the order took for ever and they forgot to bring a couple o plates and especial request of warm milk. Most likely I won't go back to the Splendor.
