Getting on the ship, a mass of people pushing and shoving and no clear lines to move through in orderly fashion. A disaster in the making.

New ship = confusing directions at each of the elevators (not enough of these), and poorly laid out public space.

People trying to sell you photos/spa services at every turn was annoying.

Cabin Review

Havana Cabana Suite

Room poorly laid out and small. Not enough closet space. Bathroom ok, but nothing special.

A/C was either too hot or too cold. Staff would come in to make the bed, and turn the A/C to the coldest setting.

Asked for twin beds, steward was not bothered and left it a king size, and did not change the sheets for a week. Same 'stain' on the top sheet was there through the entire Med cruise. It was changed for the TA.
