As a first time Regent traveler, we were excited to be on what was taunted as a Six Star cruise line with exceptional quality and service. What we received was a maximum Two Star cruise with a big price tag.

The embarkation went very smoothly and we started our cruise full of excitement. The first couple of days went well except for the dining staff. The first morning we had breakfast I wanted an omelet and the person making the omelets was screaming across the dining room because the person that was suppose to write the tickets was not there.

Then the person asked what table we were at which I did not know because I wasn't instructed that I had a table number or needed one. They were caustic and informed me that they must have a table number to assist me.

The cabin was Ok...not my idea of a suite with only a partial curtain between the love seat and the bed. The room staff was very efficient and friendly.
