We chose Uniworld because we had sailed with them last year and so enjoyed the whole experience. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, even though English is not their language. The food was excellent and abundant. The dining room staff were attentive and friendly. The excursions are amazing. We visited sites, towns and places we had no idea existed showing the very long and varied past of the Balkans. We saw advanced civilizations that predated Stonehenge by thousands of years. The guides were extraordinarily knowledgeable, well spoken in excellent English and many times down right funny in explaining their proud history. We visited a fisherman's home and saw that all fisherman are the same the world over. And, no extra cost! We are going to do it again. As a master mariner and oceanographer, I wouldn't go with anyone else if there is a choice. We are planning on returning next year (2017).
