We chose this cruise because of the itenary and we were not disappointed. We have been on many other cruises, with different cruise lines but have never experienced the excellent Service, as we did on Viking. The staff was incredible, the food was delicious, the wines were good! The common areas were so comfortable and you never felt crowded, even though there was over 900 people on board. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable, including the bathroom!
The local tour guides that are provided on the include excursions were so informative and fun! The optional tours were also so well done! We recommend that you do not do the included tour of Toulon and do the optional tour to Cassis! We extended for two days in Barcelona and found it to be a clean and beautiful city! The Gaudi properties are amazing, especially the Sangrada Familia...a must see!
Once you cruise with Viking, it will be difficult to cruise any other way again! We will be booking more cruises with them in the near future.

Penthouse Veranda Stateroom
Our cabin Stewart's were so attentive to our needs and always wanted to be sure we had everything we needed. They were pleasant and greeded us with a smile and a nice hello!
The size of the cabin was perfect, with a king size bed, a sitting area with a sofa, chair, coffee table and desk. The balcony was so relaxing, with two chairs and a table, that we had breakfast on, many mornings and a night cap at night!
