Throughout the planning process, our questions were always addressed and answered professionally and with much enthusiasm. Once our trip began, we immediately knew that the welcoming and caring staff on the Lofn was committed to anticipating our every need, and they did so with genuine warmth and infectious smiles. Our rooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The entertainment in the lounge was most enjoyable, and the Cruise Director's daily messages about upcoming events, activities, and destinations were always informative and helpful. The meals were outstanding- with every attention to detail, quality, appearance, options, and amazing taste! The tours offered and available at each destination were well-planned and beautifully executed. In summary, from beginning to conclusion, our Viking experience was absolutely first-class, and we would encourage anyone considering a river cruise to go Viking!
