I'd like to state firstly this was our first cruise so we have no measuring stick against other operators. So I'm coming at this with no expectations.
Cabin - We had a balcony on deck 10 (532) fwd of midships and we felt no movement and there was no real noise to speak of.. The cabin itself was spacious enough with plenty of storage for our 7 day cruise.
Staff - All staff across all areas were excellent with some interesting towel sculptures at turn down and nothing was too much trouble (we broke our percolator with glass all over and housekeeping came and did a full tidy and replaced it with no issues)

Great cable car ride up the cliff but beware there can be a queue so top tip is get near the exit of your tender if you can to get ahead in the cable car line
Free bus to outside town and the old town is good for walking as it's all narrow streets.
Katakolon itself is just a couple of streets with touristy tat for sale. If you don't take the trip to Olympia (about 20miles away, there is a road train that will rattle your bones as it takes you up to a winery in the local hiills
Take a taxi from the bus station if you have lots of luggage as you still have half mile walk when you get off the People Move that takes you to the Port
Old Town is a 30 min walk aaway failing that there are plenty of buses
