I chose it on price..but also on reviews.
The Victoria Selina does not look impressive in photographs, but do not let that affect your decision. It is in a good state of repair and although not super luxurious everything is well ordered and well presented inside. The bar and dining room are both very attractive public spaces.
It was very reasonably priced, and our twin bed cabin with en-suite was spotless, with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom.
Twin bed cabin..cannot remember category...?junior suite.
All had doors opening to tiny balcony and good airconditioning. VERY necessary in August.
We were offered an up-grade at extra cost to a Shangri-la Suite at the end of our corridor which we declined.
The cruise was sightseeing..the categories below did not describe it
