Advertising was well done. They did not disappoint! The staff was amazing. Each excursion was well planned and top notch. We so loved that excursions were included in the cost. There were a few additional ones we could buy but the ones that came with the cruise were wonderful. We loved the informative and local tour guides who each added that local flavor as well as good tips for how and where to spend our free time. We were met at the airport coming and a Viking cruise member walked us all the wY to our gate when we left. Impressive for us first time European travelers. The food was also great, unique to the country we were traveling in but also always the familiar options as well. Even wine and beer were complimentary at both lunch and dinner! Hotel choices were great in both cities as well. In Paris, within a block or two of the Eiffel Tower and in Prague, a room with an amazing view and terrific breakfast buffet. We would highly recommend Viking River cruises to everyone!
