When we booked we were a bit worried all the advertising and hype might have been a bit of advertising exaggeration. Well that all changed when we first meet the representative at Amsterdam, for our trip to Budapest, we were made to feel comfortable and quickly realised we were with a truly professional company. From our first step onto the scenic crystal to the last step off we felt like we were with friends we had known for years. From the Captain down all the staff were super friendly and there was nothing that they couldn't do to satisfy your every request. The food and drinks were superb, the on shore excursions were world class, the cabin was excellent and the house staff fantastic. This is a must do cruise, you will definitely not be dissapointed.
