It was a 50th wedding anniversary celebration for my husband' parents, they had always wanted to do a European River cruise. We could not have been happier with the service provided by APT and the crew aboard the AmaReina.
Prior to departure APt were a breeze to deal with, and we were able to purchase drastically discounted Business Class fares because of the cabins we booked. The travel documentation and travel packs from APT were great.
Despite high waters we were able to make all our scheduled destinations by boat. The food was of good quality and it was a nice touch that the wines at lunch and dinner were always from the country we were travelling through. The tours and freedom of choice activities were also well planned and designed to make the most of your trip.
Cabin Review
Stateroom with French balcony and outside balcony
Whilst space is always at a premium the cabin layout made the most of the space provided. Great bathroom and having the outdoor balcony was a definite advantage.
