As it was my first cruise I did not know what to expect. I found the whole experience a joy. The ship is well set out with everything easy to locate. The cabin was quite roomy & well maintained with friendly & courteous staff. The main dining room was a bit crowded at times but with over 2,300 guests it was still great. The Matre'd and wait staff were great, friendly fun it was a pleasure to dine there the food was great. We also dined at the neuvou restaurant where once again the service was fantastic the menu was varied & the food first class, portion sizes perfect for $45.00 great value. Entertainment was generally good. One particular band "The Band of Shipsie's" was fantastic with a great & varied playlist. Other activities were good. I could not fault the service provided by all levels of staff. The ports & shore excursions were good with local guides very knowledgeable & humorous. We did not travel with children but they seem well catered for. As this was my first cruise I would not hesitate in going again. Once again a great experience!
