The entertainment and lack of was appalling. Some shows were repeated and several of the show were not worth the time to attend. The lack of activities proved out to create a very boring week and could not wait for it to be over. The staff on the ship appeared to be very unhappy for the most part. This was our 4th NCL cruise and we have another paid for coming up in August. If I could get my payment refunded, we would be cancelling. It will be our last NCL cruise.

We were at guest services next to another guest with a complaint and the response they got was basicly "to suck it up". I inquired with the cruise staff for our August cruise about something related to "ultimate dining" changes from previous cruise and she just argued that I never got a promotion for my whole family when we had in two of our previous cruises. The bottom line is that the cruise was not a good experience and there was a lot of boredom with hope of it being over!
