Sail Date: Mar 2016
Cabin: Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

We were very disappointed in the Concierge veranda room on the Nautica. After a prior cruise on the Marina, we expected a quality experience. It was a very small room, little closet space, a very small bathroom ( difficult to use) and the concierge feature was useless (just early boarding).

Food service was very good and staff were pleasant (with the exception of Excursion desk staff). It was a tired ship and most of our shipmates also were disappointed with the experience. This was not a premium ship by any measure.

I became ill on the 16th day of the cruise and had to leave the ship by tug for a hospital in Kochi, India. the medical staff on the Nautica just dumped us with no support and has never gotten back to us on our welfare.

Cabin Review

Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

Cabin A2

The cabin was very small and cramped, The bed was fine, but this was a cabin you would expect on a cheap cruise. Very disappointing,
