This was our 40th cruise, spread across all the major cruise lines. Our cruise had very good points along with really disappointing ones too!

First to the good ones; room stewards, dining room waiters, BB King Blues Club, Lincoln Center string quintet, fitness center, we're all outstanding.

The detractions to a good cruise were numerous as well. The size of our room was totally different from the picture and diagram on the HAL website. It was the smallest room we ever stayed in, with a wooden box to sit on at the desk and a tiny table and chair that were built for a child. I am convinced HAL is engaging in bait and switch when it comes to the rooms. If I knew the true size of the room I would have paid more money for the room I thought I was getting.

Cabin J

Smallest cabin I ever stayed in. Totally different from the picture and diagram on the website. Feel like HAL is engaging in bait and switch. If I knew the real size of the room I would have paid more for a larger one. HAL just be honest.
