.This was a retirement cruise for my wife and number 12 overall for us. For the last several years we had opted to do all inclusive do to cost factors, but this was a deal. We booked short notice and got an inside ros cabin which was fine. Although we were greeted with visitors in our toilet, the room steward Felipe and his supervisor, Alex got things handled.
The regrets-Steiner employee did a play on words offering sale/sail day specials. Hotel management got that fixed quickly after I complained. Live pool music needs help, the Dj did a good job music in the lounges too loud, we were not able to hear the singers voices.
now for all the good things....the dining room food was fabulous. We did not have one bad meal! Our waiter's name was Fraizer. He was top notch. It was like cruising in the old days. We ask for nothing, as he or his assistant, Elizabeth, had it at our table already. He was very personable, very genuine, and very professional. We are so glad we found him. And Elizabeth, with her captivating smile and eagerness to serve, should be elevated to waiter status. And to top off our Alziza restaraunt experience, after our first visit, valadia, our hostess, was calling me by name. And she did this every time she saw me one the ship! This dining crew made our cruise what it was...GOOD.
