Disembarkation

1st cruise with celebrity, a few issues with the embarkation but overall great cruise experience. Check-in at Port Everglades was painless, not a very nice facility though, but lines were short so no major complaints. We did Aqua class with the premium beverage package and once on the boat I had some issues with my card not working, problem was quickly resolved at the help desk. The baggage was my biggest complaint, we had 3 bags and mine did not make it to the stateroom even by 4:00 pm, boat was supposed to leave at 5:00. We called and called and they kept telling us they were looking for it. Finally we went down to deck 4 to the help desk and asked if we could look through the bags to see if mine made it on the boat. They did and my bag was there, just not sure why they didn't tell us to come look through the pile to begin with.
