Sail Date: Jan 2016
Walk from the Opera House Car Park
Plenty to do for all ages
The promenade. Popular for shopping, information, bars, coffee and parties.

Getting to the Sydney Cruise Terminal from interstate was easy by driving and parking at the opera house through Book a Bay for $20 a night. The park is a short and vibrant stroll to the boarding area. At first the staff seemed a little stressed or over it and the mandatory emergency drill, to our surprise was held by a drill sergeant. However, it was a beautiful afternoon and nothing could destroy the sunset cruise out the heads.

The ship has contemporary décor and has undertaken a multi-million dollar refurbishment in 2015. Although being one the largest ships cruising Australian and New Zealand waters this is a very busy ship with close to 4,000 passengers.

This is great family ship and the families we met were all having a great time. Mainly because the kids were entertained in kids club or climbing the rock wall that overlooks the sea, playing basketball, ice-skating in Studio-B or our favourite mini-golf.
