This is not the first cruise I have been on, have previously been on P&O Pacific Dawn. This was a food and wine cruise. To be honest the rooms were ok, bathroom was smelly and damp. The was a lot of noise from the staff areas above moving furniture around at 4-6am. This was some sort of storage area above the room.

I like the idea of The Pantry, but the food was well below the standard we were expecting. It was bland, overcooked, the food in Waterfront Restaurant was no better, terrible to be honest. We also managed to get a table in Dragon Lady and again thought we would get better food but were sorely disappointed. The food was inedible and 3 dishes were sent back.

A few of the staff on board were happy and helpful but overall we found the crew to be very bored, rude and unhelpful. It was like they REALLY hated their job and you were a big inconvenience to them. They really did not want to be on that boat doing that job it was plainly clear. Seemed like a lot of staff were in training, just didn’t have a clue. Some were quite rude too. Overheard some other conversations and this was the feeling for most people, food was terrible and staff rude and not trained.
