We got an amazing players club deal out of New Orleans and took off on a 7 day cruise to Key West, Freeport and Nassau.

The only real cons of the trip were OBC and the weather (Not a Carnival issue - it's a January issue!). Windy and cool on the ship meant little time for any quality sun bathing, but heck, a chilly day on a cruise if better than a good day at work. Best days for sunshine were Nassau and the last day at sea. We found the cruisers in general were a little older. Lines were not too bad after the peak hours and ship was pretty quiet after 10pm.

We had a $100 OBC as part of our package deal and on Tuesday we got a notice that appeared to award us another $100 OBC (It came from the Fun Shops). Turns out it is was telling us what we already knew and was not extra. No big deal other than spending an additional $100 on souvenirs we thought were "free"!
