Our cruise was awesome with the weather being perfect and the Shows that were on were wonderful with the beautiful Ice Show too. There is always something to do and places to go on board while sailing and in Port. We have no complaints at all. The food was lovely and plenty of it. Also I am low gluten malabsorption and Lactose free and our 2 waiters made sure that they told the head waiters on that night to give Ne the following nights menus. Also if We wanted to go to a speciality restaurant on a different night I only had to tell the front booking person in the night before and before taken we were taken and they would ring that restaurant such as Giovannis Italian restaurant and they would on the night have notified their chef. Even on deck 11 at the Windjammer smorgasbord restaurant they had a gluten free corner, it was an easy cruise otherwise I would have eaten normal dinners and suffered the whole cruise. I am certain too that there were more people like me and Ceiliacs on board too that were looked after too.

Our cabin steward was such a pleasant guy too and our cabin was always Spick and span and he left a couple of towel animals on our bed and hanging from the ceiling for our enjoyment too.

We had a wonderful time watching the sea rolling by and coming into the ports in New Zealand. Just to sit and relax after a day of touring on shore sitting on our balcony. This was our 1st cruise with Royal Caribbean line and we will cruise wi them and on The Explorer of the Seas again.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Cabin was heaps big enough for us two adults as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The wardrobe was big enough to fit all our clothes and it was great that I could get more coat hangers for my clothes. Nothing stayed in our suit cases. There were also enough drawers for our t-shirts, shorts Anne other wears that couldn't be hung up. The cabin always smelled fresh and was clean and fresh linen and towels.

I live here

Picton

We welcomed by the Moaries and they entertained us with all their songs and cultural history then we were farewelled with beautiful songs.

Then we travelled through the wine country and stopped at a little tourist shopping place.
