The ship was beautiful BUT it was all money money money, if you are a vegetarian then don't go unless you want omelet as that was all I was offered, can't eat that for nearly a month, they really didn't want English passengers on board, it was my for ever dream to go on a cruise as had worked on ships and wanted to be the passenger, boy was I disappointed, I paid extra for a outside cabin with sea view, was given that BUT with a life boat in the way so in darkness all the time, when asked if I could move was told if I paid more money, as "what did I expect on a cheap cruise" it was not a cheap cruise as other than the air you breathed you had to pay very inflated prices, so please think before you book, also be warned they take money out of your account every day for services whether you get service or not, and then when you buy a drink etc you pay up to 15% again, a few of the staff were fantastic like STACEY English and made my cruise, what a little gem, some of the bar staff, but if you have problems with your food don't bother to talk to the matradee Geogio Conti he just laughed if I was his boss he would have been dismissed on the spot, well as you can tell I was very disappointed and would Never Ever cruise with Costa again, and I was not alone
Would have been fantastic, as paid for outside cabin with sea view but got a large life boat which blocked out all views and day light
