Jaxport was easy to find. I parked at the sand lot across the street from the ship and saved $70 for my oversized vehicle. Super easy embarking and disembarking! The Fascination is a smaller older ship and the decor was a little dated and worn but it was impeccably clean! My room was so clean that when I wiped everything down I found nothing! Surprised that so many of the staff remembered my name. Its a great cruise for the money. Buffet food good but not great. Salad bar needs more choices. Dining room food was really good. I had my time dining but found I preferred the same wait staff. Was a little hard for them to understand that I wanted table 198 because I really liked Siri and her team. Didn't watch any shows. Towel animal class was too short. We only made two things. Tea time was very nice. Try the lemon cake! Loved the photos taken. Best place to get those portraits done! Loved the adults only Serenity hot tub area! Very hot and relaxing! Unfortunately one of my shore excursions was cancelled but a quick trip to the desk and my new excursion was happily booked. Turned out to be a beautiful beach with lunch in Nassau. Loved swimming with dolphins in Freeport. With nothing really at the port you need an excursion. Although the ride to do anything there takes 15-20 minutes. Not enough time at that port. Getting off and on at ports was a breeze. Not sure if the ship was totally booked or not many people had excursions. Sea day was kind of boring. Not a lot to do and the seas were rough. Everyone was walking around like they were drunk! LOL (Like to try a bigger ship) Overall I loved the Fascination and would sail on it again!

Cabin Review

Aft-View Extended Balcony

Cabin 8M

My room. Aft balcony U243 was the best room on the ship. Yes it was a regular room but the huge balcony and beautiful views made up for it. Morning room service breakfast was the norm with that room! My room steward was awesome! I retired early and missed out on my nightly towel animal. ( I had ordered the book....he knew) so that next morning I had my towel animal and another one that night. That room was extremely clean! I wipe rooms down myself but here I found nothing! Was also thankful the air-conditioning worked really well. Being a smaller ship the walk to the room is not bad. Its a very quiet area! Highly recommend this room!

Super easy embarking and disembarking! Plenty of parking at port and across the street. (Cheaper)
