Antonio took care of everything we asked for. The room was very clean and Antonio made sure that we were as comfortable as possible. The entertainment was great from the ice show to the very funny stand-ups to the El Gaucho show and not least Saturday Night Fever There is always something to do. There were a few bars and they all had some form of entertainment. The pools were nice and the whirlpools were relaxing, especially when our drinks were brought to us. The buffets were better than the usual buffets, but the best were the evening main dining room meals. The service by Joao and Pong could not be possibly better. After the first night they knew exactly what we liked. Joao helped my wife peal her shrimp. I said I wish the platter was a bit larger and in less than a minute Pong served me another platter. All of the food was great, which actually prevented us from going to one of the specialty restaurants, there was no need. Food was available 24-7 on the busy 7th deck. The pizza was good and there was a large variety of salads and sandwiches.

We purchased the drink package and spent time at the Hoof and Claw bar every day. The service by Robert and his crew was awesome. Never an empty glass! There seemed to be a lot of hurry up and wait getting on and off the ship, but with this many people it is understandable. This was a 5 night cruise and I wished it was longer.

We spent a day at beautiful Horseshoe Bay, the water was clear and very warm. The entire bay area makes it a tourist friendly visit. Chair rentals on the beach, a changing area and food and drink are right there. Transportation to and from with local buses is easy. The sand is pinkish and soft. We enjoyed walking around King's Wharf, a lot of interesting shops, but again not enough time. We had a great trip and I highly recommend this ship and most importantly the crew. The cruise and Bermuda can't be beat.
