Very disappointed seeing how once great the dining service and room clean staff have fallen and cut down in recent years. Entertainment cut down as well. Wait staff is overworked and inconstant to say the least. Same for room clean staff. The assistant cruise director Justin is a joke for sure. Very poor overbearing attitude and doesn't belong in this job. This ship cruise has declined so bad its terrible for a once great trip to cost cutting measures that has taken em down to offering poor service. Did enjoy the sights and food was fine other than wait staff serving it on time. Entertainment good but smooch cut down from before. Did enjoy movies, trivia, shows, comedy, casino and spa. Some tours overpriced to say the least. Guys burgers a welcome addition.
