I went on the Danube Watlz cruise in the spring 2015. This was my first river cruise. I loved many things about the cruise: the ports, the food on board, the included and the the optional excursions. The staff was excellent. The local guides were excellent.

The onboard entertainment was okay. There could have been better representation of the cities visited. Vienna is known for its music but the entertainment presented was below average.

I wish I had more time in Vienna. Also, the optional excursions in Vienna were scheduled so that a passenger could do only one and not both. Read more
