Just horrible. This was my first and last cruise with carnival. Boarding was ok considering the amount of guests. It took over 4 hours for our luggage to be delivered to our stateroom. The worst part of our trip was when we discovered bedbugs on the 4th night of the cruise @ 2am! We were moved to another cabin and they took our belongings to be cleaned and steamed (it took 2 days) for them to return we were comped but this experience ruined our vacation. The food was bland absolutely no flavor and if you make a reservation at the steakhouse its the same menu as the assigned dining room. Which when we booked the trip we requested a 6 pm dinner because of our 2 year old but were given a 815 dinner when we told to speak to the manager were simply told "no" because of spacing. The shore excusions were very overpriced besides costa maya free beach besides that fat tuesdays will be your best option on land, the entertainment on the ship was ok but after 2 days became very repeative and boring. The deck staff were very helpful and constantly offering drinks but the bar drinks were very weak overall this was the worst vacation ever. Save your money!
