Cabin: Stateroom with French Balcony

We chose Ama Waterways for our 25th Anniversary cruise and we were not disappointed. From the moment we stepped onto the pier in Amsterdam until we said goodbye in Basel, everything was done for our comfort and enjoyment. The ship is tastefully appointed and sparkling clean, despite it's *relative* age in the industry (built in 2008). Our stateroom was stylish and comfortable, with plenty of space for our belongings and nice features such as a French balcony and flat-screen TV with internet access. Meals were freshly prepared (we saw fresh produce come aboard at every port of call) and portions were just right. The shore excursions were informative and featured different ability groupings so that all passengers could enjoy the sights as their mobility level allowed. Where Ama Waterways truly stands out, however, is in the professionalism and attentiveness of the crew. Everyone from the Captain and Cruise Director, to the wait staff and housekeepers, worked to make the cruise a wonderful, memorable experience for all passengers. I would not hesitate to recommend Ama Waterways to anyone who wants a truly first-class cruise vacation.

Cabin Review

Stateroom with French Balcony

Cabin B

The cabin featured a queen-sized bed, bath with shower, adequate storage, flat-screen TV with internet access, in-room safe and French balcony. Fun extras like towel sculptures every night (on our anniversary we had swans and rose petals on the bed) were unexpected but appreciated. Cabins are kept sparkling clean by the attentive housekeeping staff.
