I've been on several cruises before but never on a NCL cruise before. I took this cruise with my partner and didn't now what to expect. He has never been on a cruise before. We got down to Miami port in the morning and everything went very smooth checking in and getting on the ship with much ease. Our cabin steward Nancy was a gem. She couldn't do enough for us. We were booked in a Mini Suite with large bacony. Theses are great if you like a big bathroom and a spacious balcony. They re on the 8th floor which makes it convenient to the bars and restaurants.

We also had the ultimate beverage package which was just the best. They didn't nickel and dime you on this basically most was included. The staff in the restaurants and bar were so friendly but there were a few that really stood out. They were Jeffery in the O'Sheenan's Bar and Rossi in the Sunset Bar. I've been in hospitality business for 35 years owning my own restaurant and running Food and Beverage in large hotels and I would love to clone those two just to train ours to show them what hospitality is all about. The food in the restaurants that our complimentary are like having dinner in an expensive restaurant in town the food was fantastic. If you want great service food and drink and a lot to do on a ship look no further.
