Our 17th cruise but only 4th under Princess umbrella so have a few cruises to judge them by.

Stayed a couple of nights in Narita before taking the bus to Yokohama. We did have a bit of a walk around the terminal to find the Princess representative but the info counter headed us in the right direction so no real problem there and the bus ride down was great and comfortable. Check in was quick and we were allowed into our cabin as soon as we arrived.

Our steward was fantastic and we were looked after well. I even lost a gold and sapphire ring somewhere in our cabin (thought it had gone down the sink) but he found it on the floor and handed it back. He could quite easily have said he couldn't find it and I'd have been none the wiser so a great commendation and tip when his way. Cabin was clean and tidy and no problems with anything in the cabin with plenty of wardrobe space and one of the larger bathrooms we've had. One down side was the balcony which was overlooked by all above us but then we've not ones to sit out there for any length of time as far too much going on else where on the ship. But it was great when we came into ports.
