I guess I expected a whole lot more. I did enjoy the staff in the dining room, the guys we had were amazing and they were our servers every night. Their names were Sunpop, and Roderick... LOVED them. As for the rest of the dinning, the food was horrible. 7 nights we dinned and on the 4th we walked out and went to the buffet because were were tired of the same stuff and the additions were of no interest. One night my lasagna was literally RAW in the center, another night the cheesecake was completely burned on the bottom as well of the others in my group of 13. The rest of the nights I was not very impressed but at least the food was not raw or burned. We tried room service one and ordered a grilled cheese which arrived with literally toasted break and luke warm cheese slices (not even melted).

The room was a whole other thing. First off it looks outdated with the retro colors. It was a NIGHTMARE and we were not alone. The average temp was upper 70's and every single person in our group of 13 that came to our room commented on how hot it was compared to theirs. So we went to their rooms and started complaining to guest services. They told us it "fell within their acceptable range" and refused to do anything about it. The "acceptable range" is between 65-80 degrees!!!! Our cabin read 78 when the guy came! WTH???? We had to order a fan which used our ONLY outlet because we could not sleep and sweat all night. The safe wouldn't work night one, then they told us we didn't know what we were doing and reset it night two, night three the safe quit working entirely and we had to wait an hour for someone to come up, then they had to drill holes in it to open it and then replace the entire door to it.... but remember night two it was user error... smh. FYI if you need them to service your room you have to be present in your room for them to even come in so expect to wait at least an hour in your room if you need maintenance! Every time we had to stand in guest services line there were always about 5-20 people in it waiting, and we witnessed many people complaining about their rooms being too hot as well.

The rest of the cruise was nice but we were always rushing during port days because there just didn't seem like enough time to spend at each port and honestly there were not a lot of activities we were interested in. After 5 comedy shows we got bored with that, the family game show was fun and we had a blast at the newly wed game show. I was literally APPALLED during one show which they said was a dirty COUPLES show. They said it would be raunchy but never did I think they would take married women and literally play a game were they laid on top of other married men for a prize. We walked out along with dozens of other people. Taking married couples and having them either lay on other person or watch their significant other lay on another person on stage is offensive to me. It was not right to be considered "couples show" and should have been called "swingers show" or something.
