This cruise is the top of the line when it comes to service= 5star for sure. I liked the emphasis on serving its customer as opposed to pushing their products. Wow what a relief. Made the cruise much more pleasureable. These folks are super friendly and really go out of their way to suit your needs. These folks genuinely care. Family experience!

Entertainment was stellar. Laughed my butt off at comedian El Gaucho and the dance/music was just outstanding.

Cruise was much more suited for adults and not teens or children. The obnoxious factor was there but much less than previous cruises on Carnival and Royal Carribean. We enjoy a quiet, peaceful moment or two and others just don't get it. On that note, I was dissapointed in the available chairs away from all the noise and chit chat. Need to incorporate a serenity area out on the deck. Read more
