Firstly, just have to say how marvellous the shore team in Genoa were as we had a family medical crisis. Janine and Gildon from P&O really made it possible for us to get aboard with ease and great care during a challenging time! Can't thank them both enough! Amazing people. Also the on board medical staff who helped us resolve issues with an older relative quickly and with great professionalism meant that we could stay on board. The doctor and two nurses we met were among the best I've known and as a long serving nurse I've known a few ;) - these guys were the tops! Made our Dad feel better, safe and secure and made sure that we could enjoy our holiday! Excellent people!

Sadly that's where the great service from P&O ended.
