This is our third cruise with Thomsons and probabley the last. We went for an inside cabin on deck one because of the price. We have paid the same for a balcony cabin with another cruise line in the past. This was the worst cabin we have ever had, the cabin rattled and rolled all the time and the beds were hard and the pillows were cheap and nasty.

We are both non smokers and we had trouble finding sun beds away from the smoke.

We did complain 3 times at reception but they didn't seam to think that the lack of no smoking signs was a problem. This is the reason that we will not be cruising with Thomsons again. Read more
