This was our 3rd trip on Princess (the previous being the Coral Princess and the Caribbean Princess). I agree with the complaints of many of the others. The Internet service was HORRIBLE. We spent 4 hours and $99.00 and could only answer 3 emails. Many times we couldn't even connect and spent lots of money while the minutes burned away. We even tried at 1:00 a.m. in the morning and had no better luck. The Internet staff person was a bit snotty to others and when we talked to her she was eating her lunch while working!! She did refund us $100.00 and we went without any contact for 2 weeks.

The Ruby Princess is run loosey-goosey. There were 2 times that we entered a bar, sat down and no one came up to us to take our drink order, even though we saw staff members congregating and talking amongst themselves. My husband had to get up and ask them for drinks!

The ship was a 'sick ship" with approximately 25-30% of the passengers sick with a deep, barking chest cough. I had to see the ship's doctor 2 times and it was standing room only both times I was there.
