This was our first RCCL cruise in 10 total cruises which include Princess,HAL, and Celebrity. We were very excited !!We are an active couple just turned 50 and have no loyalty to any particular line.

EMBARKATION: A little slow with the usual folks cutting in line and holding up the process.Needs more seating in this nice terminal.Luggage was very slow to reach room and had to SEARCH and find 2 pieces of the 3 we brought. We looked and looked for the luggage and talked with Guest Relations who seemed not to have any idea.We finally heard another cruiser tell someone that their luggage had been previously held in security on a past cruise.Sure enough, walked down to security and there it was. They wouldn`t let us take it but kept the one piece held in security until 9:30 over 2 small bottles of Dr. Pepper in that piece of luggage.MANY cruisers were upset that their luggage hadn`t arrived prior to 10:00. Ridiculous..

SHIP: An older Beautiful ship getting ready to drydock for a facelift but still very nice with an easy to navigate layout.Very simple and clean.Several areas of interest with an array of art works.NO hand sanitizer was put out for use until day 5 and then just in the Windjammer ?? Have you seen the NON-hand washing males after using the restrooms !! Now they will handle the tongs you eat with !!No excuse not to have hand sanitizer in ALL eating areas AT ALL TIMES.
