Very nice cruise, but Tropicana dining room was extremely loud.

The problem we had was the noise level of the bands that would play in the Tropicana room was EXTREMELY LOUD to the point that we could not hold any kind of conversation with any of the other guests at the table. The last night we were on board our table actually clapped when the band went on break, so we could talk to each other. We talked to the wait staff about the noise level, but they couldn't do anything about it. That is why we enjoy free style dinning is meeting new people at dinner every night. We were not sitting in front of the speakers either, we were at least ¾ of the way back, and off to the side.

We would wish that the seating staff would make more of an effort to fill up a table, a couple of times we sat at a 6 top and no other people joined us.

The last thing is very small compared to the noise level of the music, and that is the guests attire in the Tropicana, if you post that no flip flops, or shorts, than it would be nice if you would enforce it. I enjoy running around in t shirts and shorts all day, but at dinner especially a nice restaurant, then lets dress nice. We have been on cruises that they have turned people away for not dressing correctly.

The room was nice, but maybe 10 inches between the wall and the sides of the bed, and with the bunk beds in the room made it almost impossible to walk around it. I was easier to jump to the head of the bed :-) We figured out on the last night why we didn't have very good water pressure was that when we turned the knob it stopped, but then I accidentally turned it a little harder, and it rotated to allow more pressure. There weren't any constant barrages of stuff being sold, as some ships do.
