The staff was great. The performances outstanding (Especially the aqua show). The specialty restaurants offered some of the best meals I can remember.
But for the price you pay, they really take advantage of you on the little things. We paid over $1,000 for 'all inclusive' dining. Literally, you could order 3 appetizers and 2 mains if you wanted to. Yet you had to pay for soda? I don't drink soda so I didn't mind. Meanwhile, I just stayed hydrated with the water that was supplied in the room.
When I got my bill I owed over $200 in water! I was shocked because there was no sign saying the water wasn't complimentary. What did they expect me to do in the middle of the night, walk down the hall and down a level to the water fountain in my pajamas? If they cared at all about their patrons they could offer the basic necessities for free. I am appalled.
