This was our 11th cruise, third on Royal Caribbean but first in Europe. Overall this was a great experience and we would sail Legend of the Seas and Royal Caribbean again. We are a couple, 50-60 age bracket and chose this cruise for its ports. It was a good way to see the fjords of Norway and fit in with our pre 3 days in Oslo and 5 day after drive about in Norway.
Our cabin was 7124, last balcony cabin on side and was a good location, although far from steps and elevators, it gave us needed exercise from eating all the good food, esp breads. Our cabin steward was attentive but not obtrusive and met all our needs and requests. Upon boarding we found our first night was formal, Cavi our steward, took my husbands tuxedo to be pressed at 315 and returned it at 6 pm in time for our 7 dinner reservation.
We ordered room service daily, sometimes more than once and never waited more than 15 minutes for delivery even when told it could be 25-30 minutes. Only once was the order missing something and they brought it immediately.
Cabin Review
Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
Excellent cabin, good location as it is the last cabin on the side. It has a full size sofa, king bed and plenty of storage. The balcony is a bit larger side to side being last one. The window washing equipment is parked just above cabin but in no way obstructs view. You can even look out and see aft. Balcony had two comfy chairs and table high enough and large enough to eat on. The bathroom has a shower only but it is plenty big, good water pressure. Two people can be in bathroom at once if needed. The closet is large, had plenty of hanging space, hangers, and shelves. Room had fridge you could put a couple of items in.
