Sail Date: Apr 2014

Embarked in the port of Hull, not listed in your choice of ports, UK City of Culture 2017, it does exist. Smooth embarkation was provided, good directions to port, great help to park, get on a bus to the ship. All luggage brought to cabin. Disembarkation very good, no hiccups, smoothly run. Compared to our journeys with P&O Ferries from Hull to Rotterdam it was a heaven.

Allocated disabled cabin by ship staff, even though not by booking agents. The cabin was excellent with a good wet room, where one could almost lie down in the shower. The cabin steward was even better, really helpful, funny and friendly. The ship accommodates about 680 passengers, which is a good number, without feeling too overcrowded. All entertainment was on one floor and generally very good. A group of young entertainers from mainly Ukraine were very good at different types of music shows. Plenty of other activities on offer.

The food was first class, one could not eat all on offer during the evening meal, but there was absolutely nothing one could complain about. The quality of food was excellent, the staff were very efficient, polite with good sense of humour.

Cabin Review

Cabin Bali Deck

Disabled cabin with excellent wet room, shower seat one could also lie on, easy adjustments, just really good. The staff were excellent, helpful, funny and caring.
