First time on Carnival. Way exceeded expectations! Started with getting on the ship. We checked in quickly at the miami airport. Boarding at the ship was quickest ever. Getting off the boat was not bad as well. Allow 30 minutes at least for customs but other than that within hour of leaving boat we were arriving by cab at the airport. Cab ride $24 so way cheaper than carnival transportation.

Food in main dining room was very good. Chose anytime dining which worked well for us. Had same waiter and table by request after second night even though varied time a bit. Actually food and menu better than recent cruises on Royal Caribbean. Guy's Burgers were yummy! Also enjoyed Blue Iguana cantina breakfast burritos and the omelet station.

Inside cabins on 6 and 7 middle back. Quiet and size good for interior. No couch but spend little time in room so didn't miss it and made room feel bigger. Good closet space. Carnival still does towel animal every evening :) unlike some cruise lines. Room attendants were excellent. Liked the comedy club option.

Cabin Review

Room fairly big for interior room.
