I have one word for this Carnival cruise experience: MEDIOCRE. It was our first time taking a cruise and after reading plenty of reviews, Carnival didn't sound as bad we had heard. But boy was I wrong…

THE BAD-

- Room: We asked for a trundle bed for our son upon boarding and didn't get it set up until about 9pm. The room was dusty, phone was broken, the curtain was filled with holes and some metal parts in the bathroom were rusty. Whenever we would make an observation about the room to the cleaning person, he just kept making excuses rather than acknowledging our troubles.
