Without re-writing most of the other reviews of this ship and itinerary I will restate the highlights and low points of this cruise. Highlights: every single port. Low points: the ship - air conditioning issues, room service over an hour late four times until we stopped trying, tired, grumpy crew, popoor customer service, bad tasting, luke warm dining room and buffet food (up charge restaurant food and service much better), buckets and dripping ceilings all over the ship, infrequent hand sanitizing stations, dirty common areas and restaurants, foul stench throughout ship from plumbing issues on ship, necessary to walk through cigarette-filled casino to cross ship, and on and on and on.

We primarily sail Royal Caribbean, NCL and Disney where customer service are top notch. We only selected this cruise for the lengthy itinerary. You absolutely get what you pay for and less. We found out that carnival saves money by porting in remote ports. We drove over an hour in a few ports to get to attractions when a closer port was available. Tour guides told us carnival ports remotely to cut costs. We will NEVER sail carnival again. Thank goodness we were off the ship from 7:00 am until after 7:00 pm almost every day...

Cabin Review

Cabin was fine. Minimal drawer space was an issue. Closet space was adequate. Main bed was fine. Pull down bed was hard as a rock. We asked for additional padding but was told they couldn't accommodate us. We asked every night for four nights until they brought an extra mattress cushion. Still uncomfortable for our daughter. Bathroom always had a foul smell coming from the sink and toilet.
