Check in was very efficient and our luggage was waiting for us outside the cabin on the Pacific Deck (Deck5). The cabin was spacious with a double bed dressing table and wardrobe two large windows. The bathroom had a shower which worked very well and was spotless with a supply of soaps and toiletries.

The ships Public Areas were in very good condition with lots of nice seating areas, however on deck the ships age become more apparent. The ship has two very small pools but on our trip only one was in use in the Lido where the buffet is situated perhaps not an ideal location. The Buffet was generally fine we used it for breakfast and snacks using the Severn Continents for evening dinner.

The food was most days of a reasonable standard with several choices for each course. The restaurant is on deck 3 and the portholes are permanently covered with curtains. The noise levels in the restaurant are very high and the tables are very close together.

Cabin Review

Cabin 5102 situated on the Pacific Deck is larger then most and has ample room for the double bed with large wardrobe and a dressing table.there is a safe and hairdryer. No tea/coffee provided but two bottles of water which are chargeable. The bathroom is fine with a very powerful shower and adequate supply of toiletries.
