Arrived in Southampton 11:30A - Our bags taken on Curbside while we checked in. Check-In process was easy and quickly we were sitting down in the our "Haven Lounge" - It was a slight disappointment as they advertised that there would be refersehments while we wait, but not a complete let down.

Boarded the ship and were greeted by the wonderful staff of the Haven - Ruth and her assistances. They gave us a warm welcome and showed us the facilities and what to expect on the cruise. She advised how her services work.

We went to our room which was breathtaking - Waiting for over a year for this trip and to step in the room will be a memory I will not forget. Our butler Armando and room steward Ricky showed up to explain how things work in the room and what they can do for us during the cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin Haven 2 Bedroom Villa

Nice Room! 1 Floor down from the Haven Complex, quiet and just enough of a distance from the

midship stairs to have no noise.
