The dining average rating is brought up by Portofino. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Based on the negative feedback from other passengers, we never set foot in the dining room. The buffet was OK to better-than-OK.

Service was OK, but most of the staff seemed disorganized, stand-offish and, at times, disinterested.

The ship was too large for our tastes. Interestingly, there did not seem much to do that was interesting to us. No horse racing, no culinary demonstrations, no "behind the scenes" tours, etc.
